Apple Reuse and Recycle.
Apple has a program to buy back equipment, iPhones, iPads, computers, monitors and laptops. It gives you a gift card to use only at the Apple stores. This is tricky if you plan to replace your Apple hardware as you need to recycle before your get the credit. With Apple products your best plan is to upgrade every 18-30 months. Then you can either get a buy back from Apple or you will find if your stuff is in good condition, the resell market will get you a premium price. When you buy new, a good policy is to get as much power as possible. This will make resell a snap for buyers who are always looking for the extras. That means max memory on tables and phone and computers. Have cell carrier chip for tables even if you never plan to use it. Have maximum CPU and disk space for computers and laptops. Keep the portable device in protective cases and do not misuse. |
